We are currently hiring Trolley Assistants (Night Shift) to join our operations team. This is a full-time position offering stable income, structured working hours, and long-term career opportunities within Singapore’s aviation industry. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Job Overview

As a Trolley Assistant, you play an important role in maintaining passenger convenience throughout the airport. Luggage trolleys are essential for travelers moving between terminals, arrival halls, departure areas, and transport zones. Ensuring trolleys are clean, organized, and readily available directly contributes to customer satisfaction.

This role requires physical stamina, discipline, attention to detail, and adherence to safety procedures.

Work Location

Changi Airport, Singapore
Assignments may include:

Terminal 1, 2, 3, and 4
Arrival and departure halls
Public transport areas
Car parks and taxi holding areas
Connecting walkways and external trolley zones

Staff may rotate between terminals depending on operational needs.

Working Hours

Shift: 10:20 PM to 6:40 AM
Schedule: 5 days per week
Rest Days: 2 rotating off-days

Overtime may be required during peak travel seasons or public holidays. Candidates must be comfortable working permanent night shifts.

Salary and Benefits

Monthly salary up to SGD 3,300
Night shift allowance
Overtime pay in accordance with Ministry of Manpower regulations
Completion bonus of SGD 1,000 after 4 months, subject to performance and attendance

Key Responsibilities

Collect and retrieve scattered luggage trolleys
Return trolleys to designated bays and storage points
Ensure trolleys are properly aligned and organized
Monitor trolley availability and replenish stations
Remove damaged or unsafe trolleys from service
Report defects to supervisors
Assist during peak travel periods when required

Physical and Safety Requirements

This is a physically demanding role. Candidates must be able to:

Walk and stand for extended periods
Push multiple luggage trolleys at once
Work in indoor and outdoor environments
Maintain stamina during overnight shifts

All employees must follow strict airport safety procedures. Medical fitness clearance may be required.

Qualifications

No formal education required
No prior experience required as training will be provided
Basic English communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Able to follow instructions and work in a team

Career Advancement

High-performing employees may be promoted to Senior Trolley Assistant, Team Leader, Operations Supervisor, or other airport ground operations roles. This role is an excellent entry point into the aviation support industry.
